Kevin Buckthorpe, PresidentKevin Buckthorpe is the President of TotalMove and has been with the company since its inception. Prior to TotalMove, Kevin was with Prudential Relocation and Real Estate. At Prudential, Kevin was responsible for international business development and had responsibilities in Europe, Asia and
Latin America . Before joining Prudential, Kevin was with PHH for 11 years (Cendant’s predecessor). While at PHH, Kevin spent 8 years in
Europe in various roles including managing director. In 1994, Kevin transferred with PHH to the
USA where he managed several affiliated business networks including the independent broker network in
North America , the national inspection network, and attorney and appraiser groups. Kevin is a Chartered Surveyor by profession and gained his professional qualifications at the
College of
Estate Management in
England .
Claire Fennessey, Vice President, Marketing & Client Management Claire Fennessey has been involved in marketing and product development for over 20 years. Before joining TotalMove, Claire was responsible for marketing within Pitney Bowes’ $200 million office supplies business, generating the highest revenue growth rates in the company. Prior to that, she held various positions at Cendant Direct Marketing (now Affinion Loyalty Group) including Vice President, Marketing & Loyalty for the flagship Shoppers Advantage business and was responsible for launching the very successful Family Software Club. She also launched and managed Custom NetMarket, a private-label on-line shopping program. Before Cendant, Claire launched and grew several continuity series at worldwide publisher International Masters Publishers. Earlier in her career, Claire managed the marketing and program development for Microsoft’s Multimedia and CD-ROM events. Claire received a BS in marketing from the
University of
Connecticut and an MBA from the Lubin Graduate School of Business,
Pace University.
Dan France, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Dan France has held senior financial management positions with entrepreneurial start-up ventures for over 20 years with previous experience grounded in Big Four Accounting and Fortune 100 Companies. Before joining TotalMove, Dan was VP, CFO of Vivatone Hearing Systems, LLC, the company that developed the first totally open-fitting hearing aid devices. Previously he was VP, CFO of Apelon, Inc., a supplier of healthcare terminology solutions to government and corporate clients. Dan has extensive experience successfully supporting private placements and initial public offerings. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Florida.
Tara Mac Namara, Director, Call Center Operations & Marketing Prior to joining TotalMove, Tara spent over 20 years at Pitney Bowes working in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility in areas of marketing and operations. Most recently, she was responsible for the marketing of Pitney Bowes’ supplies business including all direct mail, catalogs and telemarketing. Prior to that, Tara played a key role in the selection and deployment of Siebel throughout most of Pitney Bowes' call centers. She has been involved in several IT/marketing implementation teams and has significant experience in call center cross selling and up-selling. She has received several company and community awards, including the 2005 and 2007 Business Supervisor of the Year from the Westchester/Fairfield County Inroads, a program designed to help minority college students get work experience in Fortune 1000 companies. Tara received a BS in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
Dan Mack, Director, Broker Services Dan joined TotalMove in January 2007 and is responsible for the selection, management, evaluation and overall performance of the company’s real estate broker network. A 25 year veteran of the real estate and relocation industry, Dan has proven expertise in both domestic and international relocation management and has extensive experience in supplier network management, client relations and business development. Prior to joining TotalMove, Dan held several leadership positions with Cendant Mobility (now Cartus) and its predecessors where he was responsible for operations and supplier network management. Dan also has significant experience in the household goods industry having held leadership positions with firms in both the international and domestic household goods industries. Dan received a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego and also holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the Employee Relocation Council (ERC).
